Your last chance to join the clay-fuelled chaos this weekend in Brisbane
Ok… “class” is a strong word.
But I am hosting a Pottery & Sip event this weekend in Wilston, Brisbane at Our Space Pottery Studio, and they are going to be SO MUCH FUN.
The lovely people at the studio have provided an actual teacher (because, let’s be real, no one trusts me to teach pottery alone). But I will be there wandering around, hyping you up, judging your creations, and adding the occasional “artistic touch.”
There are a few different sessions left with spots available:
Paint-A-Piece
This one’s easy peasy. You pick a pre-made piece and decorate it however you like — patterns, colours, chaos, beauty… whatever your little heart desires.
I’ll float around helping, offering unsolicited opinions, and maybe adding a tiny flourish to your masterpiece.

Hand-Building
This is my favourite. You get a big hunk of clay and I’ll show you how to make adorable tiny homes. OR… you can build literally anything.
No rules. No pressure. Just clay, creativity, and questionable decisions.

Wheel Throwing
These are such a blast. You sit at a wheel, spin some clay, get a little dirty, and attempt to make something that resembles pottery. It’s “Ghost,” but with more screaming.
A professional teacher will guide you through the whole process while I wander around adding chaos and encouragement.

Wine + Nibbles (The Important Part)
The legends at Poco Vino have supplied the wine, and we’ve got a grazing table ready to go. So yes, you get to drink, eat, chat, and make art. Is this heaven? Probably.
So if you want to come hang out with me, make something cute (or cursed), and have a laugh, this is your moment.
